The Naval Museum of the Caribbean is a non-profit organization that, in addition to being dedicated to the preservation and dissemination of the naval and maritime history of the Caribbean, is concerned about the welfare of its employees through various initiatives:

- Recognition: the best employee of the month and of the quarter is awarded, encouraging excellence and commitment at work.
